Supervisory Training
Supervisory Leadership Training, offered in collaboration with Walsh University, helps new and experienced supervisors strengthen the skills needed to lead people, navigate challenges, and keep work moving forward. Participants will build practical skills in: Communication and team leadership Emotional intelligence and conflict resolution Operations and problem solving Leading different personalities Workplace law and organizational behavior Presented in collaboration with Walsh University, this seven-week program gives supervisors practical tools they can apply immediately on the job. Who it’s for: New supervisors, experienced frontline managers and employees preparing to step into supervisory roles.
