A 10-month leadership journey for executives and senior leaders in Stark County.

Through monthly program days, a two-day overnight retreat, advanced site visits, and community-focused experiences, participants sharpen their leadership skills, connect with peers across industries, and go on to shape the future of our region.
A three-year leadership program for high school students, running from sophomore through senior year, with two students nominated by admin & counselors from every school in Stark County.

Through the Gallup Strengths Assessment and hands-on community learning, students become more engaged, more aware of our region's assets and issues, and more confident in themselves.
Strong organizations start with strong boards. Building Better Boards is a two-part board training & matching program designed for both aspiring and current board members, as well as executive directors who want to lead more effectively.

Part one delivers hands-on training in governance, legal responsibilities, and boardroom best practices.

Part two connects participants through intentional matching — pairing the right people with the right boards to make a real community impact.Â

In collaboration with Walsh University, this interactive, workshop-style program is built for supervisors both new and experienced.
