Leadership Stark County offers two Spotlight sessions a year, with sessions launching in February and September. This program, for young professionals in their 20’s to early 30’s, is geared towards individuals who are ready to take their career and community involvement to the next level. Also, It is a great option for employers to enhance leadership potential and build leadership competencies in young professionals.
Spotlight Stark County young professionals will:
- Learn about the history, current and upcoming advancements of Stark County
- Meet and network with other young professionals from a variety of industries and across multiple locations in the county
- Increase their understanding of personal and professional strengths based on Gallup StrengthsFinder with trained facilitators
- Be enlightened and exposed to multiple opportunities to become a local leader by volunteering their time and interests
- Create an individualized development plan to further personal and professional growth
- And much more!

The Wellspring series is four unique morning sessions of insight, discussion, and learning from renowned speakers. Topics will cover:
- Five Global Megatrends
- Dilemmas and Decision-Making
- Grit It, Great It, Innovate It
- Building a Vision, Making it Reality
You can register for the Wellspring series when you apply to Spotlight Stark County. The Wellspring series is $80.
The Spotlight course includes 6 sessions at various locations in Stark County.
-Tuition: $525 per person and includes all materials
-Tuition assistance is available for participants from entrepreneur and non-profit organizations
-Companies may enroll a cohort of up to 10 employees
-Applications are available now and until the class is filled
