The next Spotlight for Young Professionals program begins February 27, 2018
Leadership Stark County offers two Spotlight sessions a year, with sessions launching in February and September. This program, for young professionals in their 20’s to early 30’s, is geared towards individuals who are ready to take their career and community involvement to the next level. Also, It is a great option for employers to cultivate leadership potential and expose young professionals to leadership competencies.
Spotlight Stark County young professionals will:
- Learn about the history, current and upcoming advancements of Stark County
- Meet and network with other young professionals from a variety of industries and across multiple locations in the county
- Increase their understanding of personal and professional strengths based on Gallup StrengthsFinder with trained facilitators
- Be enlightened and exposed to multiple opportunities to become a local leader by volunteering their time and interests
- Create an individualized development plan to further personal and professional growth
- Attend a non-profit board governance seminar (optional)*
- And much more!

Supercharge your Spotlight experience with individual Leadership Coaching
To get the most out of your Spotlight for Young Professionals class, consider adding a Leadership Coaching package to your course. Leadership coaching is the next step in our leadership programming; affordable, customized StrengthsFinder and Leadership Coaching services are available exclusively for participants and alumni of Leadership Stark County programs.
The coaching “Support Package” includes a consultation session, individualized development plan, coaching session, and closing for a total of three hours of coaching. If you would like to order the coaching “Support Package” for $350 you can indicate that when you pay for your Spotlight Stark County tuition. A coach will contact you to set up a schedule.
