Spotlight is designed for dynamic young professionals (age 25-34) interested in their community.
The Spotlight Stark County program offers seven sessions over approximately three months that provide personal and professional leadership development along with engaging community service projects.

- Strengthen your personal leadership effectiveness
- Provide you with leadership skills training seminars
- Involve you in a community service project with a local non-profit
- Engage you with other YPs in networking sessions
- Introduce you to key issues, leaders, & places shaping our community
- Foster your enthusiasm for Stark County
- Increase your value in the workplace
- Give you a competitive advantage in today’s economy
The next Spotlight Stark County class will begin in fall of 2012. Tuition for 2011 Spotlight Stark County was $450.
- Tuition assistance is available for selected candidates from certain professional sectors.
- Employer Support is required for participation.
