By participating in Leadership Stark County programs, local leaders become better prepared to serve on non-profit boards. These leaders are exposed to the assets and resources in our community, and become equipped to take on volunteer leadership roles on local boards.. If you are a local leader who wishes to become active on area non-profit boards, consider participating in one of our programs.
Recruit local leaders for your non-profit board
Leadership Stark County works to match trained, qualified, community members with non-profit boards. Non-profit organizations in need of board members can contact Leadership Stark County with their requirements and we will use a number of ways to circulate those needs among our program alumni.

We publish a Class Announcement each fall and currently have a alumni directory of more than 800 Leadership Stark County graduates who are ready and able to serve on boards of all kinds in Stark County.
