Prepare for non-profit board service
By participating in Leadership Stark County programs, local leaders become better prepared to serve on non-profit boards. These leaders are exposed to the assets and resources in our community, and become equipped to take on volunteer leadership roles on local boards.. If you are a local leader who wishes to become active on area non-profit boards, consider participating in one of our programs.
Recruit local leaders for your non-profit board
Leadership Stark County works to match trained, qualified, community members with non-profit boards. Non-profit organizations in need of board members can contact Leadership Stark County with their requirements and we will use a number of ways to circulate those needs among our program alumni.
Learn More About Board Recruitment
We publish a Class Announcement each fall and currently have a alumni directory of more than 800 Leadership Stark County graduates who are ready and able to serve on boards of all kinds in Stark County.
Access the Alumni Directory (coming soon) | View Recent Graduates
In addition we can also do an in-depth needs assessment with the non-profit and Leadership Stark County staff and recommendations are then made tailored to your organizational needs.
