Signature Program Application
The online Signature Program application for the 22nd Class (2008-2009) is now available.
Follow the instructions for PART I at the link below. You may save your application at any point and return to make changes or additions any time up to the May 1 deadline. You will also need to download and complete parts II and III for your application to be complete. Please call the Leadership office if you have any questions or difficulty.
Dates to remember:
- Recruitment Breakfast (optional), Friday, April 18, 2008, 7:45-8:45 a.m. Details
- Signature Applications (parts I & II) Due: Thursday, May 1, 2008
- Letters of Endorsement (part III) Due: Monday, May 5, 2008
- Group Interviews: Thursday, May 22 OR Wednesday, May 28 - 5:15 to 7:15 p.m.
- All applicants will be called concerning selection no later than: Friday, June 27, 2008
- Opening Retreat begins: Sunday,September 22 concluding on Tuesday, September 24, 2008

Tuition and Fees
There is a $25 application fee that is due with the application. Tuition for the full course is $2000. which includes all lodging, meals, and materials throughout the program. Partial tuition assistance is available for selected candidates from the non-profit, education, and government sectors. Assistance Application and more information
Signature Program Curriculum
All Leadership Stark County programs strive to be representative of the professional, cultural, racial, economic, geographic and ethnic diversity of the community. Applicants should:
- Possess high standards of personal integrity
- Show evidence of, or potential for, achievement in community service
- Be interested in seeking volunteer leadership roles in the community
- Be able to attend all programs
- Live or work in Stark County
Spotlight Stark County Application
The next Spotlight Stark County course begins in fall 2008. We will be looking for people with unique qualities that will enrich and broaden the Spotlight Stark County experience. Our goal is to create a diverse class with participants from different careers, education level, geographic, racial, and ethnic backgrounds. Equally important will be a balance of gender, of those 'new-to-Stark County' and those who have never left or have 'boomeranged' back home. We want the Spotlight Stark County class to represent the rich diversity of greater Stark County. More Information.
