Selection Committee
Candidates are chosen by a selection committee comprised of community leaders; some of whom are LSC graduates, some not. The selection committee looks for individuals currently active in the community who are looking to enhance their personal leadership skills and knowledge of Stark County's assets and challenges. They take seriously the responsibility to insure that each class is diverse with regard to race, gender, occupation and education, and school district. Selection committee members share a commitment to insure a talented pool of leaders for the future of Stark County.
